As designers, we are always inspired by classic, sophisticated design
which remains timeless.
In designing the Welcome Lobby, we began with the basic principle—
Function. The form of the design followed quite naturally. Using classic
furnishings, in a minimal setting, the space becomes both functional
and aesthetically pleasing.
The 2011 introduction of Maya Romanoff’s iridescent Mother of Pearl
wall tiles contributes a beautiful soft luster to sleek existing space which
was designed in white and platinum grey. We strived to create a simple
yet elegant ambiance, as entry into the DreamHome, which always
showcases the finest design talent and home furnishings.

A welcoming seating area with Edmund sectional by The Bright Group
creates a space to relax and watch an informative video about the
DreamHome designers and the making of the DreamHome.
Concierge Desk
Lastly, the Valcucine consultation desk creates a convenient space
for concierge to greet each guest and introduce them to DreamHome
and discuss the many opportunities offered to homeowners. Ask the
concierge how to make an appointment with our Designer-On-Call
for a one-hour complimentary design consultation.
