Sunday, Sept 14 • 10 am OCTOBER Walk With a Steward* Join us for a prairie/woodland nature walk with Master Naturalist and Site Steward Cathy Bloom. Ages 12 & up. Saturday, Oct 4 • 10 am Schiller Woods-West, Gove 2, W Irving Park Rd, east of Des Plaines River Rd, Schiller Park Autumn Nature Walks* Join us for naturalist-guided walks along our trails as the autumn color intensifies and create a small project with a common invasive plant - cattails. Sundays, Oct 5 & 12 • 1:30 pm Weaving with Weeds: Cattail Mat* Learn about the history of basketry/weaving techniques and create a small project with a common invasive plant. Ages 18 & up.
