Tuesday, Apr 14 • 7 pm Wildflower Walk Learn how to identify our early spring wildflowers while enjoying their ephemeral beauty. Ages 13 & up. Wednesday, Apr 22 • 9:30–11:30 am MAY Bienvenidos Birds!* Join us for a presentation inside Sagawau followed by a walk to learn about the bird migration journey from Mexico to the Chicagoland area. Sunday, May 3 • 9:30–11:30 am World Migratory Bird Day: Community Science & Bird Conservation Join us for bird walks, bird banding, special exhibits, presentations and activities to celebrate migratory birds. Saturday, May 9 • 9 am–2 pm Spring Ephemeral Walk* (Accessible) Join us as we take a walk along the paved areas at Sagawau to view spring blooms. Sunday, May 10 • 1 pm Bird Banding Observe the scientific process of bird banding and talk with our banders.
