RAILHEART Railheart captures the essence of the Grateful Dead’s improvisational jams, intricate musi- cianship, and free-spirited energy. eir set-lists span the Dead’s vast catalog, from deep cuts to fan-favorite anthems, each performed with authentic soundscapes that mirror the Dead’s signature fusion of rock, blues, folk, and psy- chedelia. With dynamic stage presence and a deep understanding of the Dead’s musical ethos, Railheart creates an immersive experience that transports audiences to the heyday of Grateful Dead shows. Railheart features Packy Lundholm and Jared Rabin on guitars, Danny Chaimson on keyboards and B organ, Adam Gardner on bass, and Noah Plotkin on drums. Railheart is making its Ravinia debut. DUKE TUMATOE Duke Tumatoe—born William “Bill” Severen Fiorio in Chicago in —is a blues guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter who has gigged with Muddy Waters, Bo Diddley, B.B. King, Willie Dixon, Buddy Guy, John Fogerty, and George orogood. He was a founding member of are- na-rock giants REO Speedwagon in , and he has released albums as the bandleader of Duke Tumatoe & e All-Star Frogs ( – ) and Duke Tumatoe & e Power Trio. While Fogerty was traveling the South and Midwest to discover artists who weren’t heard on the radio, Tumatoe caught his ear and inspired the Cree- dence Clearwater Revival frontman to try his hand and record production, resulting in the live album I Like My Job . Tumatoe is a self- taught guitarist who learned to play by watching Chicago’s blues legends while growing up on the South Side and visiting the Maxwell Street market to hear live sets as a teen. Duke Tumatoe is making his Ravinia debut.
