Over 85,000 people are served through Ravinia’s Reach*Teach*Play programs each year. Our programs are designed to educate, foster diverse

audience involvement, and ensure equitable access to live music experiences in the community and at Ravinia.

school and at Ravinia.

Sistema Ravinia

orchestra students from schools in Waukegan and Chicago perform and participate in

workshops with Ravinia artists such as flutists Sir James and Lady Jeanne Galway (above), violinist Ray

Chen, and conductor Gustavo Dudamel. Sistema Ravinia is an intensive orchestral training initiative that

fosters social development through exceptional music instruction.
