Support LUMA! • 10th Anniversary Fundraising Initiative
In 2015, LUMA will use its 10th Anniversary as a rallying point to help expand the museum’s
presence and prominence as an important cultural destination in Chicago by increasing the
museum’s gallery space and building its endowment.
Facility and Financial Impact
• Increase gallery space by 30 percent to present new collections and expanded galleries.
Collections not previously seen will now be on display.
• Increase the size of the lecture hall and educational workshops for expanded programming.
• Create a double height, two-story gallery allowing LUMA to organize larger exhibitions, thereby attracting more visitors.
• Improve visitor services, making LUMA more attractive to members and visitors.
Endowment Building Impact
• Increase financial stability
• Increase programmatic services to Loyola community and Chicago
• Increase awareness of LUMA
